Do You Take Insurance? *

Kind of! Read Below

When calling your insurance, ask:

  1. Do I have out-of-network benefits for speech therapy?

  2. Is the CPT code 92523 (feeding evaluation) and 92507 (feeding therapy) covered under my plan?

  3. Do I need a referral or authorization to submit for reimbursement?

I am considered an Out of Network Provider, families can inquire with their insurance provider about their Out Of Network benefits. Many families I work with receive 70-80% of costs reimbursed through insurance with the submission of a Superbill (provided by Ocean Pediatric Feeding). I also accept HSA/FSA cards on my portal.

Please note: These fees apply to in-person evaluations and therapy only. Virtual coaching calls, workshops, and trainings are not eligible for insurance reimbursement or superbills.

Rates & What to Expect

Initial Evaluation: $450-$500 | Therapy Sessions: $165-$175 per session

Suspect your child has a swallowing disorder?

I can help coordinate swallow studies for children of all ages who may be struggling with swallowing safely. I partner directly with a local hospital to make the process easier for your family so you don’t have to navigate it alone.

★★★★★

“Sarah has been amazing working with our micro preemie NICU graduate! He left the NICU with a feeding aversion and NG tube but Sarah was able to help us get rid of both within a month! Sarah also was able to run a swallow study for our baby which was critical in figuring out how to get our guy to start taking more volume. Working with Sarah has been one of the best decisions weve made for our little guy! Would highly recommend Sarah to everyone looking for feeding assistance for their little ones!”

★★★★★

“My 10 week old was struggling with significant discomfort during feedings (pulling off the bottle, lots of crying, arching back). We suspected silent reflux. While feedings were very very difficult, he was still gaining weight so our pediatrician wasn’t concerned. I felt so discouraged when we exhausted all options from our pediatrician and things had not improved. Sarah listened to all our concerns and worked with us to improve my son’s comfort during feeding. After just one feeding following her recommendations we saw an incredible improvement! My son is now eating much more comfortably, crying less and spitting up less. Feedings are less stressful for everyone. 10/10 would recommend Sarah!”

“My 3 month old was refusing a bottle, so I consulted with Sarah in a bit of a panic before I was scheduled to go back to work. While I was unable to meet with Sarah in person, she was able to assess my daughter’s needs over the phone, and help me come up with a plan of action. After working with Sarah, I felt confident in my approach. Sarah recommended a different style bottle than I was using previously, as well as multiple tips to make my daughter more comfortable with the transition. She also followed up with helpful materials and diagrams to summarize our plan! After one week, my daughter is already taking a bottle so much more consistently.”
