Terms & Conditions

Ocean Pediatric Feeding, LLC

1. Services

Ocean Pediatric Feeding, LLC provides pediatric feeding evaluations, therapy sessions, parent/caregiver coaching, and educational workshops. Services are intended to support children and families in learning safe, positive feeding practices. While every effort is made to provide effective therapy, outcomes are not guaranteed, as progress depends on multiple factors including caregiver follow-through and individual child needs.

2. Payment Policies

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • Accepted forms of payment: cash, check, credit card, HSA, or FSA.

  • Credit/HSA/FSA payments incur a processing fee of 3.15% + $0.30 per transaction. No fee is applied to cash or check payments.

  • All payments are non-refundable. Credit may be applied to future services only at the discretion of Ocean Pediatric Feeding, LLC.

  • Outstanding balances must be paid in full before additional sessions are scheduled.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be billed in full.

  • If more than 50% of scheduled sessions in a given month are cancelled, therapy services may be placed on hold or discontinued, as frequent cancellations impact both child progress and scheduling availability.

  • Make-up sessions may be offered when scheduling permits but are not guaranteed.

4. Scheduling

All sessions are scheduled directly with Ocean Pediatric Feeding, LLC via phone or email.

Scheduling requests are accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.
