Mealtime Transformation Plan!
Personalized Virtual Feeding Coaching For Parents
A 3-week, results-focused program that gives you expert eyes on your mealtime routine and personalized guidance that actually works.
If your child struggles with mealtimes refusing foods, melting down at the table, stuck on bottles or purées, you don’t need more conflicting advice. You need a feeding specialist who can see what’s happening in your home and help you create a plan that works.
You offered broccoli next to their favorite nuggets, just like Instagram said and they threw it across the room. Now what?
That post didn’t tell you what to do next. It didn’t explain how to respond calmly, how to protect future exposures, or how to avoid making the moment worse.
That’s where this plan comes in.
Because while free tips and workshops can help you understand the what, they can’t walk you through the how when things get hard. And they definitely can’t adapt in real-time to your child’s unique needs.
Hi, I’m Sarah Auriemma! A nationally certified speech-language pathologist and pediatric feeding specialist, and the founder of Ocean Pediatric Feeding.
With advanced training from Boston Children’s Hospital and years of experience supporting infants through preteens, I help families move from chaos to clarity at the table.
My approach is grounded in the 3C System™: Clarity, Connection, Coaching. I help parents understand what’s really happening, create and practice a plan together, and build skills and momentum that last beyond our time together.
Feeding challenges don’t have to take over your family life. With the right support, they can become manageable and even enjoyable parts of your day.
About Sarah
How It Works
This plan is based on a real-world model of support that gets results,
Teach → Implement → Refine.
-
Initial Video Review & Coaching Call
Submit a short video of your current mealtime. I’ll review the footage and then meet with you virtually to share personalized recommendations, outline your plan, and answer your questions.
-
Follow-Up Video Review & Coaching Call
After implementing the initial plan for about a week, you’ll send a second video for review. We’ll meet again to check progress, troubleshoot challenges, and make strategic adjustments.
-
Final Video Review & Progress Call
Submit a final video to show how things have changed. We’ll review together, celebrate wins, identify next steps, and ensure you feel confident moving forward! Easier mealtimes are closer than you think!
$499 for 3 weeks of personalized, expert support
This includes all three coaching calls, video reviews, and email support. In a traditional clinic setting, this level of personalized care would cost over $800–$900—not including your time, travel, and copays. Here, you get high-quality feeding therapy expertise, customized for your family and built around your real-life routine.
Investment
Expert video review of 3 real-life mealtimes
Three 45-minute 1:1 virtual coaching calls to create and refine your feeding plan
Personalized written strategy after each call
Video modeling of strategies (as needed)
Email support for check-ins or questions during the 3-week period
This plan will also help you recognize and shift well-intentioned responses that may be making things harder. I’ll help you build habits and reactions that support progress, not derail it.

This is for any parent feeling stuck, worried, or just unsure about what’s going on with feeding. Whether your baby is gagging on solids, your toddler only eats three foods, or you just have that gut feeling something’s off, virtual coaching gives you a calm, supportive space to figure it out together.
-
Virtual parent coaching is focused on you, because you’re the one there at every meal. Rather than me working hands-on with your child, I guide you step-by-step to understand what’s going on, what to try, and how to respond in real-time.
You’ll get expert insight, customized strategies, and practical tools you can use right away — in your home, on your schedule, and with confidence. It’s not about doing more, it’s about doing what works with support every step of the way.
-
Yes — virtual support is highly effective.
In fact, many families see just as much progress virtually as they do in person. That’s because real change happens at home, during everyday meals — not just during a once-a-week session. That’s why coaching parents through real-life moments is already a key part of my in-person therapy.
Virtual coaching gives you the same expert support and personalized strategies, with the added benefit of practicing in your child’s natural environment — where it matters most.

Occasional picky eating is common — but if your child eats a very limited variety, drops foods regularly, or mealtimes are full of battles and stress, it’s more than a phase.
Even if your child is growing well, feeding challenges can take a toll on nutrition, family routines, and mental health. You deserve real support. I help families understand why picky eating happens and how to create a plan that actually works — without pressure or power struggles.
-
Only if you’re in one of the packages that includes video review and even then, it’s on your terms. Some families love the extra insight, others prefer to just talk through what’s happening. Either way, we’ll make it work for you.
-
We’ll start with a 60-minute Zoom call to go over what’s happening, what’s hard, and what’s helped (or hasn’t). I’ll walk you through strategies, give live feedback, and follow up with a written summary so you’re not left trying to remember everything.
-
Yes! You’ll get clear, personalized notes with practical strategies and next steps—so you’re not guessing what to do once the call ends.
-
Absolutely. If you’re unsure, book a free intro call and we’ll talk through what’s going on. No pressure, just a conversation to figure out the kind of support that feels right for your family.
