Mealtime Transformation Plan!

Personalized Virtual Feeding Coaching For Parents

A 3-week individualized coaching program that gives you expert eyes on your child's real-life mealtimes, a personalized plan, and hands-on support as you put that plan into practice.

If your child struggles with mealtimes refusing foods, melting down at the table, stuck on bottles or purées, you don’t need more conflicting advice. You need a feeding specialist who can see what’s happening in your home and help you create a plan that works.

Personalized Virtual Feeding Coaching For Parents

You offered broccoli next to their favorite nuggets, just like Instagram said and they threw it across the room. Now what?

That post didn’t tell you what to do next. It didn’t explain how to respond calmly, how to protect future exposures, or how to avoid making the moment worse.

That’s where this plan comes in.

Because while free tips and workshops can help you understand the what, they can’t walk you through the how when things get hard. And they definitely can’t adapt in real-time to your child’s unique needs.

Pediatric feeding therapist Brick NJ

Hi, I’m Sarah Auriemma! A nationally certified speech-language pathologist and pediatric feeding specialist, and the founder of Ocean Pediatric Feeding.

With advanced training from Boston Children’s Hospital and years of experience supporting infants through preteens, I help families move from chaos to clarity at the table.

My approach is grounded in clarity, connection and coaching. I help parents understand what’s really happening, create and practice a plan together, and build skills and momentum that last beyond our time together.

Feeding challenges don’t have to take over your family life. With the right support, they can become manageable and even enjoyable parts of your day.

How It Works

This plan is based on a real-world model of support that gets results,
Teach → Implement → Refine.

  • Personalized virtual feeding therapy plan for parents

Week 1: Understand + Build Your Plan

Before we meet, you'll complete a detailed feeding intake and submit a video of a typical mealtime. I'll review your child's feeding history and mealtime video before our first call so we can use our time together to dig into what's happening and why.

During our first 1:1 coaching session, we'll identify what's keeping your child stuck and build an individualized plan for your family to begin implementing right away.

    Week 2: Implement + Refine

After you've had time to put the initial plan into practice, you'll submit another mealtime video.

I'll review what's changing, what's still difficult and where we need to adjust. During our second coaching session, we'll troubleshoot challenges, refine your strategies and decide what to focus on next.

  • Feeding parent coaching

Week 3: Build on Progress + Move Forward

You'll submit a final mealtime video so we can evaluate what's changed over the three weeks.

During our final coaching session, we'll refine your approach, address remaining questions and create clear next steps so you know how to continue supporting progress after the program ends.

$1200 for 3 weeks of personalized, expert support

This is an intensive, short-term coaching program designed to give your family more than recommendations alone. You'll have expert support as you implement your plan, with ongoing feedback and adjustments based on what's actually happening during meals at home.

This Program May Be a Good Fit If...

When Virtual Coaching May Not Be The Right Starting Point

Some feeding concerns require direct clinical or medical evaluation rather than parent coaching alone.

If your child has concerns such as coughing or choking during meals, suspected swallowing difficulties, significant difficulty chewing, poor growth or nutrition concerns, or another issue that may require hands-on assessment, I may recommend an in-person feeding evaluation or additional medical assessment instead.
